How Does the A.L.O.H.A. METHOD Work?
It has been proven through various experiments that the left side of the brain governs analytic functions while the right side governs creative functions. It is also well known that the right side of the brain controls the movements on the left side of the body while the left side of the brain controls movements on the right side of the body. In effect, movements in both hands, using the finger theory, promote activity in both sides of the brain. This exercise enhances the mind’s ability to compute mentally. There are three (3) programs, the KINDER A.L.O.H.A. which consists of two (2) parts INTERMEDIATE A.L.O.H.A., which consists of three (3) segments and the REGULAR A.L.O.H.A. which needs at least (4) stages to complete. KINDER A.L.O.H.A. Students who may qualify to enroll in the Kinder program should, at least, be in their second year in Pre-school. This means that they should be able to trace and recognize numbers (At Least up to 99) and
