Because TEM uses supported Microsoft APIs and only manages native objects (global groups, users, computers, etc.) that all still exist in Windows 2000, are all still accessed by standard API calls, and all have specified migratory paths to the directory, TEM manages them effectively in a NT and/or Windows 2000 Active Directory environment.
