How does TeamBuilder Work?
Sponsoring Sales Professionals simply register a colleague from another company within your marketplace Or a new licensee looking to start their real estate career. They then create a personal introduction between the registered sales professional and their TeamLeader. Once the recruited sales professional has been hired, the Sponsoring Sales Professional who recruited that individual will earn 1% of the Recruited Sales Professionals Adjusted GCI (after franchise fees, rebates, discounts, referrals, sales professional concessions, etc.), for as long as they both are actively licensed with the company.
