The TCF will benefit GoM employees by: • Delivering tailored training plans specific to the assets, disciplines and individuals in the GoM. • Providing support in the areas of scheduling and coordinating training. • Supplying quality HSSE, technical and leadership training designed to enhance the skills, knowledge and abilities needed in the GoM. • Approving training providers and assessing instructors. • Maintaining the Houma Operations Learning Center, a state-of-the-art learning facility. • Standardizing the assessment process through the application of cmas.
