How does Talent Maze’s non-solicitation agreement work?
Talent Maze highly discourages Recruiters from recruiting employees out of Employers with whom they work through the Talent Maze system. By submitting candidates to Employers Recruiters agree to the following non-solicitation terms: “Marketplace Recruiters” agree to not solicit employees from Employers for whom the Recruiter has placed a candidate through Talent Maze in the past year. “Enterprise Recruiters” agree to not solicit employees from Employers for whom the Recruiter has submitted a candidate through Talent Maze in the past year.
