How does supervision training work for Doctoral students?
Supervision training is a two-part process. • The first component is an instructional course in which Doctoral Learners study MFT supervision theories, models and issues. During the course, these Learners also develop and write their own philosophy of supervision. • The second component is a practical experience in which you supervise an MFT trainee for nine months, arranged with a local individual or through Northcentral University.
