How does Sun Microsystems support for OpenSSO work?

0

Starting on July 23, 2008, to get support for either Sun Java System Access Manager or OpenSSO, you must: • Purchase a perpetual license for Sun Java System Access Manager, or a subscription to the Sun Identity Management Suite or Java Enterprise System. • Download either Sun Java System Access Manager or an OpenSSO Express build. Nothing else is required. Customers do NOT need to purchase additional licenses or support contracts to obtain OpenSSO product support and legal indemnification. Make note that Sun Java System Federation Manager is not a supported product through OpenSSO.
