How does Suddath maintain contact with drivers during a move?
Both the Suddath Relocation Systems and United have the ability to track and update the status of a shipment through the use of the Advanced Satellite Communications System (ASCS). This pro-active management tool allows the customer to make last minute changes or relay instructions to the van operator while he or she is in route to the move destination. All of Suddath Relocation Systems’ vehicles have been equipped with this system. In addition to ASCS, Suddath Relocation Systems’ experienced dispatch team is able to reach van operators via cellular telephones and digital paging systems during operating hours.
