How does Stormwater stop pollution?
We have a multi-faceted approach. It includes capital projects, maintenance of stormwater drainage retention areas, education and outreach to professional groups and residents, and water quality studies to measure the impact of stormwater runoff in our rivers and lakes. On many projects, we work in partnership with the state and with the two water management districts that serve Marion County.
