How does Stanford staff work with medical, nursing and IT staffs of participating healthcare organizations to implement SCCMS?
We arrange for a series of carefully structured meetings at the partner’s facility to achieve consensus on overall goals and objectives, and to finalize plans for implementing SCCMS. We establish ongoing telephone, email and videoconferencing contacts with partners to address any problems that may emerge during the implementation process, and monitor program costs, process measures, and clinical outcomes with the partner.
