How Does SPS Protect the Confidentiality of Data Submitted to ORAP?

0

There are two levels of protection for data submitted to ORAP. The first level is the “blanket” agreement with the OEM that protects the participants’ data and identifies that the participant is the owner of all data submitted to ORAP. The second level is the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the individual participants. This agreement states that only the OEMs, SPS and the participant will have access to the data. A copy of the NDA is included within every quarterly report.
