HOW DOES SOMEONE CANCEL THEIR MELALEUCA MEMBERSHIP?
Simply send in a cancellation letter to the company, via mail with your name, phone number, Melaleuca ID# and signature. You can also fax it to1-888-528-2090. You should always call the company to confirm that they have received the cancellation – at 1-208-522-0870. Please note that any cancellations must be received on or before the 25th of the month to be processed for that month. Otherwise, your cancellation will not be processed until the following month and you will receive a back up order.
