How does someone call my Globalstar phone and what do they pay?

The callers simply dial that number, as if they were dialling your home gateway (which in the US is a Texas number). The Globalstar system will the look to see if you are connected to your home gateway, and then search internationally to see if you are connected to any Globalstar gateway. If you are not connected to a gateway, the caller will get a user is not available message or asked to leave a message, if you have voice mail. If they leave a message you will be notified the next time you register you Globalstar phone to any Globalstar gateway.
