How does Snoobi collect information on visitors?
The information collecting process adopted by Snoobi is based on a JavaScript code string installed on the website. Whenever a visitor enters the website, his/her browser runs the code which sends information on the website being visited and the visitor’s browser to the Snoobi server. A cookie is stored on the visitor’s server, which enables the system to ignore multiple clicks by the same visitor. If cookies are not used, multiple clicks by the same visitors are identified on the basis of IP addresses.
