How does SMART911 technology integrate with my CAD system?
SMART911’s PSAP Appliance monitors your network for CAD activity. When a call comes into your PSAP and triggers generation of a CAD record and an ANI/ALI look-up, the SMART911 PSAP Appliance will search for subscriber data associated with the calling phone number. If there is a match with the calling phone number, subscriber data will be automatically presented to the call taker.
