We will be able to marry your decoder on the following conditions: Decoder must be switched on Smart card must be in the decoder An E17 error message must be displayed Call the MultiChoice contact centre to clear the E17 error message. This process does not need to be repeated. Once completed, the smart card will be married to the primary and secondary decoders. Please note: All smart card marriages are tracked and audited.
