How does SimSuite train clinicians?
MSC SimSuite Educators use a variety of tools to deliver engaging curriculum to healthcare clinicians. These tools include one-on-one instruction, web-based didactic curriculum, and simulation tools. MSC simulators are very realistic and easy to use. A typical SimSuite case takes about one hour and includes a patient’s pre-procedure work-up, a simulated procedure, a post-procedure management plan, and built-in metric self-assessment. The experience emphasizes the cognitive training experience in addition to the more typical skills and drills. SimSuite also provides hospital-centric online, self-paced courses as complementary educational aids to nursing and other allied health professionals. These courses can also be incorporated into orientation programs and quality improvement initiatives.
