How does Simla DMS deal with the grease problem?
Simla DMS has been designed to do two things: 1. To emulsify fats, oils and greases (FOG) into a liquid suspension available to bacteria and their enzymes, 2. To digest the FOG ultimately to carbon dioxide and water using bacteria and their enzymes. A dynamic process of grease emulsification and digestion becomes established in the drain line and grease trap, thereby eliminating the formation of solid FOG which causes blockages.
