How does SIMAC HOME CARE screen and hire caregivers?
We interview 15 caregivers for every one that we hire. We also require several years of verifiable experience. We conduct thorough background checks-that cover local and national criminal records, we do continues check and updates on current and previous checks through the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) and verify eligibility for employment.
