When you click on “Update Profile” on the Account Balances page, then click “Change Sign In Protection Preferences,” you will see a selection box called “Ask me personal verification questions at this computer”. If you choose to un-select the box, RBC Centura will place a secure cookie on your computer. Each time you sign from the same computer, you will not be asked a question.
