How does SIAST compare with other Canadian colleges in terms of online program delivery?
SIAST is unique in North America to the extent in which it has integrated online course delivery with services to students. With more than 100 courses developed or under development, we’ve become extremely competitive by building quality courses with engaging learning materials. We’ve been recently recognized for these innovations – SIAST was the recipient of the inaugural Campus Saskatchewan Award for Collaboration Design and Development and the CADE Award for Instructional Design for an online Nursing course in interpersonal relations. Further, an electrical program offered online as a pilot project received an award from the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission.
