How does shapewear work?
A few years ago, I needed to lose 5 pounds to fit into a skinny dress. I went to a bra store near work, dress in hand, and they fitted me with what they had. I tried on SO many shapers! I ended up exercising vigourously and doing on the low fat low cal thing to reach my goals. That worked. As for the shapeware, it will not turn a size 20 into a size 2. It hides little bulges, mainly on the back, stomach and thighs and creates a smooth line. If there is too much fat, the shapeware will move it somewhere else, and it’s not attractive. It’s important to go into a store to get fitted, rather than buying blindly online.
