Only caregivers exhibiting the highest level of integrity, compassion, sincerity and professional demeanor become members of the Senior Choice Home Caregiver team. All our Caregivers undergo a lengthy interview at our local office, a pre-hire competency evaluation and extensive pre-hire checks before they are hired.
