How does SDC monitor progress, and during deployment?
SDC will receive documented reports on a daily basis, which we forward directly to our clients. If there are any modifications, we need to be notified specifically, and timely, what changes are needed, when, where and why. Because of the offshore procedure, which is outlined above in the language barrier question, alterations to projects are made without question. Therefore, it is extremely important to manage projects carefully. For this reason we require constant communication with clients, as well as our overseas companies to minimize any delays or confusion. Once the project is completed, we remain in communication to ensure success and rectify any system errors, if any, to ensure a quality project delivery to our customer.
