How does Screen-Printing work?
Once we have helped you along with your design and received your approved proof, we will send your order to our special overseas manufacturing facilities. There, the following will take place: Special screens are made from silk for each color in your design. Skilled technicians then use your screens in special machines to create your wristbands one at a time by carefully squeezing ink through the void in the silk where your message is. The bands are then baked to make the ink adhere and stretch. We can produce these bands in 6-10 days.
