In your test kit you will receive: • Collection Vial(s) • Detailed Instructions • Requisition Form • Prepaid Shipping Label and Envelope Follow these 4 easy steps to collect your sample • Read through the instructions • Fill out the requisition form with your information • Collect your samples by filling the tube(s) with saliva • Ship your sample to the lab for analysis with the included prepaid shipping supplies Your results will be emailed to you within 7-10 business days.
