How does sales coaching work?
If you know sports, you understand that coaches will first take time to assess their team and the individuals. This is exactly what we do. Our first sessions are designed to learn where the strengths and weaknesses are along with the opportunities. We ask lots of questions so we understand where the client is ranked in experience and what sales processes they are following. The experience Steve brings to any business is that of a seasoned trainer who knows how to sell, and market in a strategic, dynamic and vertical marketplace. Steve listens first to understand the important issues of a client. Once he knows the situation, he then coaches and guides the client to achieve success. Steve doesn’t claim to have all the answers, he does know where and how to get them.
