Rounding is the technique that any fraction of time over the rounding interval will be adjusted up. For example with a rounding interval of one minute, a call that lasted 21 minutes, 4 seconds in duration will be charged 22 minutes, and with a three-minute rounding interval, that call would be charged 24 minutes.
