How does rotation preferencing work? What happens if multiple people prefer the same rotation?
Participants will analyze their current portfolio of skill sets and identify their strengths and developmental needs. They will then review the rotation overviews and determine the rotations that will allow them to utilize their strengths while also providing the opportunity to improve the areas identified as developmental needs. The participant’s desired exposure to the financial reporting segments (Pharmaceutical Distribution and Provider Services, Medical Products and Services, Automation and Information Services, and Pharmaceutical Technologies and Services) should also be considered at this time. The participant will submit three rotation preferences with reasons why the rotations are chosen to the program management team. The Financial Development Program management team matches the participant’s skill sets, rotational preference and performance within the program to the business’s needs in order to develop future rotational assignments.
