HOW DOES ROLLING SICK PAY WORK IN NHS?

0

basically it mean a “rolling year” so if for example you were off sick in may, they would look at all the sick time you had had off in the last year (ie to the last may) if you were off sick in september, they would look at all the sick time you had had off in the last year to september.
