IB has a Middle Years Program (MYP) which spans grades 6-10. Their requirements for Years 4 and 5 include the Personal Project and MYP Certificate. Students who have not participated in MYP, called “IB Prep” will be considered exactly as they have in the past – on their own merit, without any new standards being placed upon them.
