How does roaming work with my Personal Mobile Hotspot service plan?
Domestic and International Roaming will not be enabled when you sign up for your Mobile Hotspot plan. To enable Domestic and International Roaming simply follow the steps below: 1. From your web browser navigate to the Mobile Hotspot WebUI page at http://twc4gmobile and login as the administrator (hint: default password is simply “password”). 2. On the left under the “Your W801 Status” area click on the entry that says “Not Roaming” to bring up the window for the various roaming options. 3. Check the box for “Allow 3G roaming.” Please note that you will incur additional charges above your monthly service plan for roaming use. 4. If you are in another country & require International Roaming access, simply check off the box for “Allow international access.” 5. Click “Save” & your mobile hotspot device will restart after which you will not automatically roam while using the device. There is no roaming available off the 4G network.
