How does Ritan Property Group handle repairs at managed properties?
The owner and broker of RPG, Andy Ritan, also owns a maintenance company, Church Street Home Repair, Inc. All repairs performed under a management agreement with RPG are contracted through Church Street Home Repair. Routine turn-key work such as maid service, carpet cleaning or replacement, painting, minor repairs, and landscaping are completed using Church Street Home Repair employees and contractors, all of whom are thoroughly trained in RPG requirements. Church Street Home Repair also acts as a general contractor when necessary for larger projects such as HVAC replacement, roof replacement, septic tank replacement, tree fall damage, and other repairs or upgrades. Owners are not required to use RPG and Church Street Home Repair for large projects, so long as the property is vacant and the owner orders, supervises, and pays for the work.
