The NJA/NJI Integration is outlined by LOA 010-013, which remains in full force and effect regardless of who occupies the CEO’s office. Any organizational and operational changes that affect the pilot group must comply with the 2007 Agreement and associated side letters. The Union will continue to enforce the Agreement and represent NetJets pilots regardless of changes instituted by company managers.
