The resellers must have an elite Platinum Plus status to be included in the top store listing on the homepage, and we randomly display 10 Platinum Plus merchants on on the homepage at one time. The top stores chart updates every 2 minutes and there are approximately 50 Platinum Plus merchants as of December 2003.
