How does Reply! Real Estate distribute leads to agents?
You define your coverage area during sign-up, and will only receive leads from that area. If there are no other agents from the Reply! network in your area, you will receive exclusive leads. When more than one agent is in a specified coverage area, leads will be randomly distributed until all agents have received their requested number of leads. On average, our leads are only sold 1.5 times, though we reserve the right to sell our leads up to 4 times.
