Property managers pay a fee to list their available rental properties on Rental Source. Rental Source then works to attract potential renters to explore their listings. If the renter is interested in their property, they’ll contact the manager directly through the contact information noted on their listing. The manager then handles any ensuing transaction and the management of the rental property. Rental Source does not collect a commission or fee on bookings created through our service.
