How does Reiki release old blocks and emotional or mental patterns?
Reiki helps you feeling that lie behind all surface emotions and general behavioral tendencies. As we are enabled to fell our deeper feelings, old habits and proclivities simply lose their hold. They may still sneak up us for a while (old habits die hard), whenever we are tired or cranky from not eating or overworking, but are soon dissipated through the willingness to simply admit them. With practice and simple noticing (vigilance), We being to take our patterns less seriously.
