How does REIGN-FREE Hosted PBX Service work?
Reignmaker’s REIGN-FREE Hosted PBX service uses a high-speed Internet connection to access our remote, securely hosted softswitch equipment. Our softswitch provides your business with the dial-tone you’ll use to make local and long distance calls – as well as the features such as voicemail, auto attendant, hold, forward, etc. that you traditionally receive through the equipment that sits in the phone closet at your business. Our system replaces your need for traditional, analog phone lines and traditional premise-based phone equipment (PBX’s, Key Systems, etc). Plus, since our REIGN-FREE service in completely Internet-enabled, we give you the ability to access your office phone service from any internet connection in the world. You can also use your computer to “click-to-call” phone numbers to initiate and manipulate phone calls from your computer.
