How does Region 10 obtain my basic skills test scores?
Individuals holding at least a bachelor’s degree from a U. S. regionally accredited institution of higher learning will not need to submit basic skills scores. Individuals presenting a foreign transcript evaluation indicating the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree must demonstrate college level skills.
