How does redeployment work?
You express interest in roles from the redeployment bulletin – a website specifically for redeployees – which holds details of all current vacancies before they are released for external advertising and you provide a supporting statement tailored to the requirements of the vacancy’s person specification. Your skills profile and supporting statement is sent to those recruiting departments that have roles you are interested in. The skills form gives the recruiting department information about your skills, knowledge and experience and your supporting statement provides information directly related to the role. These are what are used to determine whether you match the requirements of the role.
