How does Reanex protect the interests of a reseller?
Reanex treats our resellers as partners who helps service the end customers. We are of the belief that that the end customers are best-served by their local people, who are closer to them, understand them better and can respond to them faster. We rely on our reseller network to do the selling and service the customers, we will redirect all our customer request to our authorized reseller if the customer falls within our reseller’s locality.
