How does Raus health display work?
The colorful ring that appears around Rau’s feet indicates his health. A green ring signifies Rau is healthy. The ring will shift from green to red as Rau absorbs wounds in battle. The health ring is not always visible when the game options are at default settings. It appears whenever Rau takes damage or whenever you press to switch weapons. You can change this in the Options menu that’s available when you pause the game. Select “Gameplay” in the Options menu, and then switch the “Always Show Health” feature from Off to On. When Rau is sneaking the camera moves very close to him, preventing you seeing the health ring. Rau can gain additional rings of health by collecting Runes of Power within each level. The additional health from these runes does not last beyond the end of a level. Rau will always begin each level with one ring of health.
