How does rating songs (smilies) work?
Rating a song teaches your station how much or how little to play it. The more songs you rate, the “smarter” your station becomes. If you “love” a song (super happy face) the song will play a lot; if you “like” a song (smiling face), it will play again; and if you “don’t like” a song (frowny face) it will be banned from playing ever again on the station you’re currently listening to. If you want, you can also add other stations you may want these ratings to apply to. You can rate songs from your player as you listen, or from the edit station page where you can quickly rate all songs by a certain artist.
