How does Quidquid Technology Partners structure its investments?
We always seek to align our interests with other investors and operating management. Generally, our investment will be in the form of common or preferred stock with typical covenants, or as membership interests in a Limited Liability Company. We prefer a simple structure that can be easily understood by all parties, having a minimal risk of unintended consequences or differences in interpretation.
