How does Quan.TM compare to RET (rapid eye therapy) or Hypnotherapy Certification?
Quan.TM is a comprable modality. The difference lies in the self-meditative yoga aspect. In Quan.TM the conversation is between the client’s conscious and subconscious rather than dynamically directed by the RET or Hypnotherapist. The Quan.TM facillitator holds the space in which the meditation protocol occurs, as well as works with the client’s more subtle field of consciousness, until the client has had enough sessions that they can maintain the Quan.TM technique on their own as a ‘life skill’. Syl comments on her experience using Quan.TM: “I have received both RET and Hypnosis. I found Quan.TM worked incredibly in comparison. It went much deeper, much quicker; and once the issues released, they were really gone. With each issue in my session focus, re-assimilation to a whole and healthy state was immediate and permanent…Once I release the energy charge, that was held in my body/mind, I released all the attached physical and emotional triggers.
