How does purchasing decorations actually work?
If you have decided to purchase a package shown on our website, please email or call us with your contact information, your event date, place and time as well as the package selected. Then we will confirm our availability and inform you of the delivery charge and how to make payment arrangements. Others may call to discuss your particular event and possible decorating needs. We also offer a free one hour consultation at our location in Bridgeport if necessary. At this meeting we can show you actual samples and you can view our extensive digital portfolio to help you make a selection. Following the meeting we will send you a proposal that details all the design elements, delivery and set up costs and tax (if applicable).
