How does Provident calculate the rates for my Electricity Bill?

0

The rates charges by Provident for your electricity bill are the same rates charged by the local municipal electric utility. i.e. Toronto Hydro. If your Condominium Corporation is charged the Time-of-use rates by the local utility, Provident passes those charges on to you. Provident is obligated (by contract and by law) to collect from the unit owners what is charged to them from the local utility.
