How does Promark InContact™ integrate with ProMark Inspectionware™?
A. As mentioned above, ProMark InContact™ is an integral subset of ProMark Inspectionware™. Although it works pretty much the same as the stand alone version of ProMark InContact™, you have additional advantages when both pieces are working together. For example, when entering customer or agent details on the order form page of ProMarks’ reporting software, currently saved agent or customer information can be brought into any report with just a few mouse clicks. The opposite is also true. Suppose you have a new client or agent added to the order form section of your inspection report. Perhaps you wish to send marketing materials, or just a thank you letter to this person later. On the order form page of your inspection report, all you have to do to save this person’s details is to simply press the save… button just to the right of their details section.
