How does Prolitec handle large spaces like hotel lobbies, casino floors and theatres?
The best way to treat the air in any space is by mixing the treatment product with the air in the air handler or HVAC system. A major advantage of Prolitec’s technology is that it is safe for use inside the air handling system. Prolitec can use the air handling system as the distribution system for treated air. Prolitec’s micro-scale particles are “injected” into the mixing chamber of an air handler; this is the chamber where air returned from the treated spaces and fresh air are blended before going back to the treated space. Prolitec’s droplets are so small they behave like a “dry” aerosol blending with the air stream completely and leaving no deposits in the ducts, the fan blades or the filters.
